The Challenge
Legal and commercial terms from 400+ supplier contracts lived in PDF files nobody had time to systematically read. Price review triggers were missed. Auto-renewal clauses caught them by surprise twice. One volume commitment they'd technically breached took three months for the supplier to notice — then became a dispute.
The Solution
Three-agent architecture: an extraction agent parses every new and existing contract in Arabic and English, producing a structured clause-level representation. A monitoring agent watches for obligation triggers against live ERP data and the calendar. An analytics agent answers commercial queries across the full portfolio.
