The Challenge
Two hundred affiliated agents, three WhatsApp groups, a shared spreadsheet, and a monthly commission dispute. That was the actual state of the brokerage's affiliate network when we walked in. Onboarding a new broker meant a week of back-and-forth. Deal attribution was argued about in chat threads. Nobody had a clear view of pipeline performance across the network.
The Solution
We built AffiliateM — a full-stack platform with a mobile portal for field brokers (deal submission, lead tracking, earnings visibility), a super admin portal for management (pipeline view, commission calculation, onboarding workflows), and an AI attribution layer that logs every touchpoint in a deal's lifecycle and calculates commissions automatically. Disputes disappeared because there was now a single record everyone could see.
